The Callous

Wednesday 16th December

Got a nasty callous at the bottom of my thumb that made snatching difficult today:

110 - Left it there as was very uncomfortable

146 - this is the heaviest clean I've done since February 07!
150F - racked in nicely but too heavy to recover

Not been sleeping too well over the last few days so glad I have a couple of days off now to recuperate. Will look to do both lifts every work out from now on. Heavy Monday and Thursday and light on a Saturday.
