I didn't really feel fully recovered from Monday's session today but had made coaching commitments. The snatches expecially lacked a bit of zip.

I did this session at 10am so the snatches felt a little laboured. Seemed to wake up for the cleans though - 137 was pretty easy. I'm confident I can do 117 and 140 on Thursday.

Was a fairly good return to structured training. I've decided I'll probably do more power versions this year as the full lifts seem to really break my body down. I hope to power 122 and 142 in the next 4 weeks.
