I've had a couple of weeks of less structured training due to the stresses and distractions of buying a house but I'm back and ready to go now. Only 4 weeks til the English Championships in Lillieshaw...:

Was a fairly good return to structured training. I've decided I'll probably do more power versions this year as the full lifts seem to really break my body down. I hope to power 122 and 142 in the next 4 weeks.
