I didn't really feel fully recovered from Monday's session today but had made coaching commitments. The snatches expecially lacked a bit of zip.

For some reason my body weight has dropped down to 90kg. Perhaps it's the stress over my house...?

Back Again

I've had a couple of weeks of less structured training due to the stresses and distractions of buying a house but I'm back and ready to go now. Only 4 weeks til the English Championships in Lillieshaw...:

Despite having two days off after monday, my body was still very sore so last night was a real slog. In the end I just did a light session to try and work the kinks out:

The Power Returns

Another good session with the irish lads. I wasn't fully recovered from Saturdays pb but the atmosphere saw me through to some big attempts. I don't think 132.5 and 152. is outside the realms of possibility for January (both would be all time pbs):
