Starting Over

Saturday 19th December

I was up at 6am with Luke today and had to drive him back to London before the workout. It ended up being a typical Saturday morning workout - ropey!!

Still not keeping the bar close on these top lifts. Also not feeling especially explosive.

It's been a while since I've snatched over 122 so I'm going to stop making the big jumps at my top weights and try to get consistency around the 95% level...
